I have religiously read her work. I am hoping to do just that. I don't exactly remember the name of the book, but it dealt with a massive bronzed hand found from a huge statue. At the time I was visiting England and made time to visit the London Museum. I found the very hand that Lindsey Davis wrote about and described in her novel, and she indicated in the flyleaf that it was at the London Museum that she first saw it and it was that artifact that inspired her to write the book.

Thanks for the interview with Steven Saylor, it was good to hear what he sounds like. If I might make a suggestion, how about an interview with Lindsey Davis for all the Falcophiles amongst your listeners with similar questions where appropriate so we can hear the similarities and differences between their approaches to Rome?
